本文从我国实际情况出发,对不同的高效选粉机水泥粉磨系统进行了对比分析,建议选用磨机、选粉机分别通风,选粉机气体大部分循环的流程。选粉机规格的配置应以喂料浓度和选粉浓度两个指标核算。

With the practical condition of cement industry in China considered, this paper presents intensive analysis and comparison for various finish grinding systems with high-efficiency separator and shows preference of the system in which the tube mill and separator are separaing ven- tilated and a large amount of separately air is recycled through separator. Emphasized also in the paper is that the sizing of the separator should be determined by the criteria of concentrations of feed and finish product of separator.
