摘要 研制了一种以钯为主的重整后加氢催化剂,并在模试加氢装置上对该催化剂进行了评价。结果表明,在较温和的反应条件下加氢生成油溴价比用工业Co-Mo型催化剂时约低一个数量级;催化剂选择性好,芳烃基本不损失;经1000小时连续运转后催化剂活性基本没有下降,生成油溴价<0.01gBr/100g;再生后催化剂的活性和选择性与新鲜催化剂大致相同。这种催化剂精制效果好,价格较便宜,很有实用价值。 The reforming process will normally produce a small amount of olefines which will impair the quality of the product aromatics and reffinate. One solution to this problem is selective hydrogenation. Conventionally Co-Mo or Ni-Mo catalyst is used in commercial plants. But this kind of catalysts requires high reaction temperature (300-340℃) and the LHSV used is low (2-3h^(-1))The authors have developed a catalyst (PA-622) with Pd as main metal component. This catalyst is featured by its excellent activity, good selectivity and long life.The results of activity evaluation are listed in this paper. At 260℃, 1.6MPa, H_2:Oil=500, LHSV=14h^(-1), the bromine number of the product is<0.01 which is one order of magnitude lower than the commercial specification.The effects of temperature, pressure, LHSV, and H_2/Oil ratio on the bromine number and aromatics content of the product were investigated. In a fairly wide range of reaction condition,the bromine number of the product was found very low as compared with the technical specification whereas the aromatics saturation insignificant.The life test has been conducted at normal and severe reaction condition as well. No activity decline was observed after 1000h on stream at 260C, 1.6 MPa, LHSV 14h^(-1). Even if catalyst somewhat deactivated after severe reaction condition, its performance was substantially recovered by regeneration.
