摘要
本文选用两种不同成份的高温灰,对煤灰的加热行为和熔融性质进行试验研究。结果表明,在氧化气氛中,在高温作用下,灰中无机组份彼此之间要发生复杂反应和相变转移。1200℃时煤灰内矿物只有石英、斜长石、赤铁矿和莫来石存在。在还原气氛条件下,煤灰在低于灰熔点温度前已形成大量液相。本文对不同温度下形成的煤灰矿物组成用X射线衍射分析和扫描电子显微镜,观察其物相变化趋势。
The fusion behavior of minerals at high temperature was investigated for two coal ashes with different composition. It was found that at high temperatures, the complicated reactions of minerals and phase transition occured in ash in oxidizing atmosphere. Only quartz, anorthite, hematite and mullite existed in coal ashes at the temperature over 1200鈩? In reducing atmosphere, the fusion temperature of the coal ash was lowered. The phase transition of minerals in coal ash under different temperature was also studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.
