该文首次根据“聚流”这一自然现象,提出“聚流效应”原理,并揭示了其内在机理和发生、发展规律。并结合实例,论述了“聚流效应”对山区经济、生态、社会各方面的影响,提出了“山区建设聚流战略”。

Based on the natural phenomenon of collecting, the principle of collecting effect put forward for the first time, and the mechanism and the laws of genaration and development of collecting effect are revealed. The influence of collecting effect on economy, ecology and society in the mountain area is discussed by the case, and collecting strategis of the mountain structure is advanced.
