摘要
在总结和概括了生态环境评价指标体系应遵守原则的基础上,设计了环境质量评价指标体系及其数学模型,并运用以上理论体系对中国各省区的综合环境质量进行了排序。同时,对环境利导因素的整体效应和危害因素的整体效应进行了定量分析。
On the basis of summarizing and generalizing the principal by which the evaluation index system of ecological environment must abide, the index system and mathematical model are designed, the synthetic environmental qualities of all chinese provinces are put in order by means of the theoreti- cal system above. Futher. the comprehensive effects of leading factors and harming factors are quanti- tatively analyzed respectively.
