小流域综合治理的动态监测与效益评价研究进展

Advancement in the Research of Drnamic Monitoring and Benefit Evaluation of Comprehensive Harness for Small Watershed

在分析小流域综合治理过程与特点的基础上,论述了动态监测的基本内容,回顾了动态监测的发展过程和各阶段的特点,并重点研究讨论了手工调查、遥感技术和计算机等技术的应用及各自的优缺点。同时较详尽地分析、论述了国内外各种动态监测模型的特点和应用范围,对比、讨论了小流域治理效益评价研究中的指标、指标体系和评价方法。最后提出了动态监测和效益评价等研究存在的基本问题和解决途径。

Based on the discussion to the process and characters of the comprehensive harness the ba- sic content of the dynamic monitoring was studied. Its development and the nature of each stage of the dynamic monitoring was reviewed, especially, the artificial investigation, remote sensing and the technology of computer, etc., were summarized and estimated. Various kinds of models in the world for the dynamic monitoring were detailed,introduced and analysed. The benefit evaluation was com- pared and studied in terms of index, index system and method of evaluation. At last the basic prob- lems in the dynamic monitoring and benefit evaluation and the ways to solve them were raised.
