摘要
笔者通过查阅大量的文献资料 ,将长拳、太极拳对心肺功能和身体素质的影响进行了综合分析 ,许多研究表明 ,长拳、太极拳对心肺功能和身体素质有较大的影响 ,但这些研究的对象基本上都是儿童少年、优秀 (专业 )运动员和中老年人 ,对普通青年 (不经常进行体育锻炼的青年 )的研究较少 ,也不系统 ;为此 。
By investigating and reading literature, the authors made a syntheticay andlysis of Changquan and TaiChiquan'effect on cardiovascular and respiratory function and physical fitness ,We find that many studies have showed changquan and taichiquan have bigger effect on cardiovascular and respiratory function and physical fitness, but these studies' subjects mostly focused on children?elite athletes and middle-aged and aged. The research on normal young man (who seldom take part in P.E exercises) was fewer, and not systematic. Basing on these studies, we raise some questions that need to be solved: 1 Changquan and TaiChiquan's effect on normal young man's cardiovascular function and respiratory function. 2 Changquan's effect on physical fitness, especially on normal youth's physical fitness. 3 Tai Chiquan's effect on speed?agile?endurance and so on, and the effect of TaiChiquan on normal youth physical fitness too.
