摘要
采用优化组合教学法 ,对目前体育院系铅球技术教学内容的重复现象进行理论分析和实验研究 ,结果表明 ,实验组达标、技评、成绩提高幅度均优于对照组 ,且存在着显著性差异 ,实验教法避免了教学内容的重复 ,有效地调动了学生学习的积极性和学习兴趣 。
The paper adapts the physical education combination teaching method, experimental research and theory analysis on repeating appearance of teaching content of shot technique in P.E institute at present. The results show that experiment group is the superior to contrast group means obviously in terms of achievement. The technique evaluates and improves ranges, the experiment teaching avoids to teaching content repeated, mobilize student's study positively and study interest, improves teaching quality greatly.
