摘要
在健美操教学中,通过知识讲授法、动作示范法、舞蹈训练法、音乐欣赏法和多媒体辅助法,可培养学生感受美的韵味,获得审美体验,提高表现美和创造美的能力及对美的欣赏水平。
Taking the participants as the aesthetic objects, callisthenics employ different gymnastic movements accompanied by music, as a result of which gymnastics, dance and music are blended into a harmonious unity. In the teaching of Callisthenics, various methods may be put into application, such as knowledge teaching, dance training, music appreciation, proper demonstrations, and the use of multimedia. As far as the aesthetic education is concerned, it is certain that the teaching of callisthenics can make the students more active、 more experienced and more advanced in appreciating beauty, and more capable of demonstrating and beauty as well.
