摘要
地黄低聚糖(100mg/kg×15dip)可明显降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠高血糖水平,增加肝糖原含量,减低肝葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶活性。地黄低聚糖对正常大鼠血糖无明显影响,但可部分预防葡萄糖及肾上腺素引起之高血糖症。切除肾上腺后,地黄低聚糖对葡萄糖性高血糖的预防作用消失。上述结果表明地黄低聚糖不仅可以调节实验性糖尿病的糖代谢紊乱,亦可调节生理性高血糖状态。
he oligosaccharides of Rehmannia glutinosa was found to exert significant modulatory effects on glucosemetabolism in normal hyperglycemic and experimental diabetic rats. In alloxan--induce diabetic rats, ROS (100mg/kg for 15 days, ip) showed a signifcant decrease in plasma glucose level and hepatic glucose-6-phosphatase activity,with an increase in hepatic glycogen content. Pretreatment of ROS in normal rats with 100mg.kg-1 for 3-6 days ip,in- duced a perilal prevention of hyperglycemia by glucose (2g/kg, ip) or adrenaline (300pg/kg, ip), ROS had no obviouseffect on plasma glucose level in normal rats. When hyperglycemia was induced in the adrenalectomized rats, the regulatory effect of ROS on glucose metabolism was lost, suggestins ROS exerted its effects on glucose metabolism throughadrenal gland of the neuroendocrine system.
