摘要
枸杞乙醇提取物100mg/kg、500mg·d×50d对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠学习记忆能力的下降有明显提高作用,并可减少心、肝、脑组织脂褐质浓度,提高RBCSOD活力,表明构把改善记忆的作用与其促进体内自由基的清除有关。
lcohol extraction from Lycium barbarum at the dose of 500mg/kg· d and 100mg/kg· d× 50d can effectivelyincrease the decreased ability of the passive avoidance reaction in the model animals induced by D-Galactose. The lipo-fuscin in myocardium, liver and brain were reduced and the activity of RBC SOD was increased. The result may indicate that it is by clearing away the free--radicals that Lycium barbarum improves the brain function.
