摘要
观察了３种水蛭炮制品的活血化瘀作用。结果表明，水蛭新品、生品、烫品均能抑制大鼠血小板聚集，延长大鼠体内血栓形成时间，改善小鼠耳廓微循环，但作用强度上以新品略优于生品和烫品。
ffects of 3 prefered leeChal on promotins blood circulation and removing blood stasis were observed in this pa-per. The results indicated that new leech, perch leech and raw leech could inhibit platelet a88ravation, prolong time ofratS thromhais in vivo, improve microcirculation of mice auricle. But new leech was superior to parch and raw leechesin efficacy.
