蝙蝠葛苏林碱ｉｖ给药能显著增加乌头碱诱发大鼠心律失常及哇巴因致豚鼠室性心律失常的用量；能显著提高电刺激兔心室致颤阈；对大鼠冠状动脉左前降支结扎复灌注引起的室性心律失常有明显的保护作用；
The antiarrhythmia effects of daurisoline(DS) were evaluated in animal models.DS (5mg/kg iv) markedly increased the dose of aconitine (2μg/min iv) in rats and ouabain (10μg/min iv) in guinea pigs induced ventricular extrasystole,ventricular fibrillation and cardiac arrest.DS prevented of atrial fibrillation (flutter) induced by CaCl 2 Ach in mice.It (2 5mg/kg iv) could elevate significantly the threshold of electrical ventricular fibrillation in rabbits.DS (1 7mg/kg) was also effective in preventing reperfusion induced arrhythmias in rats.Compared with dauricine at the equitoxic doses,the antiarrhythmia effects of daurisoline was similar.All the results have shown that daruisoline has “broad spectrum” antiarrhythmic properties.
