摘要
银杏外种皮多糖(GBEP)体外可抑制S_(180)细胞的增殖。灌胃给药,能延长EAC小鼠的生存期,抑制小鼠S_(180)移植性实体瘤的生长;超微结构观察,该实体瘤细胞膜结构被破坏,部分细胞器裂解成碎片。GBEP对环磷酰胺所致小鼠骨髓有核细胞数的抑制还具有保护作用。
In vitro GBEP caused a decrease of the proliferation of S_(180) cells. The oral administration of GBEP showed that it could prolong the life of EAC mice and inhibit the growth of the solid tumor S_(180) in mice. Ultrastructural examination showed that the membrance structure of S_(180) cells of the group with GBEP were destroyed and some cell-organ split became pieces. GBEP also could antagonize the suppressive effect of cyclophosphamide on the bone marrow cells in mice.
