摘要
在离体兔胸主动脉条标本,刺五加提取物(EC)200和400mg/ml对NE、KCl及CaCl_2收缩兔主动脉条的量效曲线呈非竞争性拮抗作用;EC 300mg/ml对NE引起的依赖于细胞内钙及细胞外钙的收缩均有明显抑制作用,EC的作用性质与维拉帕来相似。提示EC的扩血管作用机制可能与其对钙通道的阻滞作用有关。
The effects of extract of Ciwujia (EC) on vascular smooth muscle were studies. At the concentration of 200 and 400mg/kg, EC could non-competitively antagonize the dose-response curves of norepinephrine (NE), potassium chloride and calcium chloride; EC at the dose of 300mg/ml obviously inhibited intracellular and extracellular Ca^(2+)-dependent contraction of the aortic strips induced by NE. These effects of EC were similar to verapamil. The results suggested that the vasodilating mechanism of EC might have related with its blocking calcium channels.
