摘要
白前75%醇提物5和15g/kg ig 能显著地抑制小鼠水浸应激性疡、盐酸性疡及吲哚美辛-醇性胃疡的形成,能显著地减少蓖麻油及番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻次数及发生率,使麻醉大鼠的胆汁分泌量有短暂的增加,但对小鼠胃肠推进运动无明显影响。
Alcoholic extract of Rhizoma Cynanehi Stountonii 5 and 15g/kg ig inhibited the formations of gastric ul- cers induced by water immersion stress,HCl and indomethacin-alcohol in mice significantly,it could reduced the frequency and incidence of purging induced by castor oil or Senna in mice.It also could increase choleresis temporarily in anaesthetic rats,but it was no effect on gastrointestinal propellent movement in mice frequent- ly.
