摘要
应用带蒂阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期尿道成型术治疗尿道下裂21例,病人均不作暂时性尿流转向,在尿道内留置Folcy's管引流尿液。作者认为:手术方式、操作方法的改进,早期拔导尿管自行排尿和术后处理是防止尿瘘的重要环节。
One stage pedicled scrotal flap urethroplasty was carried out for repair of hypospadias in 21 patients. No urine diversion had been done except a folley's tube in the urethra. The operative method, the improvement of surgical technic , early urination, and postoperative care were important to prevent fistula formation.
