摘要
目的 观察茶多酚对急性缺血心肌磷酯肌醇代谢的影响。方法 结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支造成急性心肌缺血模型。结果 急性心肌缺血10min,心肌磷酯肌醇代谢功能增强,缺血组心肌PIP_2、IP_3水平明显高于非缺血对照组(P<0.01);茶多酚能显著抑制急性心肌缺血所致心肌组织PIP_2和IP_3水平的升高。结论 茶多酚心肌保护作用与抑制缺血心肌组织磷酯肌醇代谢有关。
Aim The effects of tea polyphenols ( TP) on phosphoinositides metablism in rats with acute ischemic myocardium were studied.Methods The model of acut myocardial ischemia in rats was prepared by ligating anterior decending branch of left coronary artery . Results The function of the phosphoinositide signal system was enhanced 10 min after acute myocardial ischemia. Both of the levels of phosphotidylinositol - 4,5 - biphosphate(PIP2 ) and inositol - 1, 4, 5 - triphosphate (IP3)were higher than those in the non - ischemic control group(P< 0. 01). The rise of the levels of PIP2 and IPa caused by myocardial ischemia were remarkedly inhibited by the TP and a dose - effect relationship was observed ( P< 0. 01) .Conclusion The results showed that the protection of TP was relation to its inhibiting the function of phosphoinositides metablism in acute ischemic myocardium.
