Nursing of Manfan's Syndrome after Bentall Operation

Bentall手术(带瓣人造血管移植术,左右冠状动脉移植在人造血管上)是治疗马凡氏综合征唯一的最有效的方法。作者介绍了 3例马凡氏综合征患者施行 Bentall手术的护理,认为:1.心电监护, 2.压力监测; 3.呼吸道护理; 4.抗凝药物的使用等四个方面是护理取得成功的关键。

Bentall operattion is the most effective therapy for the patients who suffer from Mamfan's syndrome.However, nursing plays a very important role in the recovery of Manfan's dyndrome patients. In this paper, four main focal points in nursing operative patients with Manfan's syndrome are discussed:electrocardiogram monitoring, blood pressure monitoring, respiratory nursing, and application of anticoagulants.
