Nursing of Patients with Intracranial Diseases by High-energy X-ray Therapy

X-刀作为治疗颅内疾病的新技术,因无需开颅,避免了因手术可能引起的各种并发症,其方法安全、可靠,疗效满意。作者介绍了38例X-刀治疗颅内疾病过程中的配合及护理体会,认为:加强预见性护理,根据病情不同确定护理重点,做好术前准备,重视心理护理在治疗中的作用是提高疗效的基础。

The high-energy X-ray therapy is a new tecnique for the treatment of intracranial diseases,which has proven to be safe, reliable and effective. Since there is no need to perform craniotomy, the method avoids likely complications craused by carnitomy. In this paper we introduce our experience in nursing 38 patients with intracranial diseases treated by the X-ray therapy. We conclude that the following procedures are essential to the improvement of the effectiveness of the treatment: strenthening prescient nursing, preparing sufficiently before the treatment; determining the focal points, and practising psychological nursing.
