颅底及中线部位肿瘤的外科治疗——(附98例临床分析)

Surgical Treatment for Brain Tumors in Midline and at the Base of Skull

目的 探讨颅底及中线部位肿瘤的外科治疗。方法 回顾分析98例颅底及中线部位肿瘤病例。结果 所有病例均行开颅术,肿瘤全切89例,次全切除7例,大部切除2例。出院时好转96例,无手术死亡。结论 手术切除肿瘤是颅底及中线部位肿瘤的首选治疗方法。

Objective To discuss the surgical treatment for brain tumors in midline and at the base of skull. Methods 98 casesof tumors in midline and at the base of skull were treated surgically and analyzed retrospectively. Results Cramotomy were applied in all cases. Total resection was achieved in 89 cases and subtotal resection in 7 cases, largely partial resection in 2 cases. 96 patients improved without operative mortality when patients discharged. Conclusions Surgery is the frist treatment option for brain tumors in midline and at the base of skull.
