颅脑损伤1160例手术治疗经验

The Surgical Treatment for Brain Injury(1160 Cases)

目的 总结基层医院颅脑损伤手术治疗经验。方法 回顾分析本院17年1160例颅脑损伤患者的手术治疗情况。结果 1160例经手术治疗后恢复良好1029例、中残59例、重残28例、死亡44例。结论 在基层医院,只要不断学习颅脑损伤的理论知识,掌握抢救技术,熟练手术技巧,重视术后处理,也能取得满意的治疗效果。

Objective To introduce our experience and operation skill in the mangernent of patients with head injury.MethodsDatafrom 1160 cases with head injury treated by operation in past 17 years were analyzed retrospectively .Results Among these cases, satisfactory results were obtained in 1029 cases ,favourable in 59,and poor in 28.44 died . Conclusion the detailed knowledge of neurosurgery is necessary and skilled surgical techniques were the key to successful treatment
