颅脑损伤病人血浆内皮素和神经元特异性烯醇化酶测定的临床应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨急性颅脑损伤病人血浆中内皮素(ET)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平与颅脑损伤的程度及预后的关系。方法 ET测定采用均相竞争法,NSE测定采用ELISA法,急性颅脑损伤病人入院后24小时内、3天、5天、7天检测血浆内皮素(ET)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)。结果 急性颅脑损伤病人的血浆内皮素(ET)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平与病人的GCS评分呈明显相关性,GCS评分3-8分组病人血清内皮素(ET)及神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平显著高于GCS评分9-12分组病人及GCS评分13-15分组病人,且一周内下降缓慢。结论 急性颅脑损伤病人血浆内皮素(ET)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的水平可用于判断颅脑损伤的程度和预后,并可指导治疗。 Objective To explore the relationship oi the plasma neuro - specific enolase , endothelins level and the degree, prog-nosi in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods To determinate ET and NSE of 78 patients with ELISA method in 24 hours, 3 days, 5 days and 7 days after brain trauma. Results ET and NSE of group C were higher than of group A or B. Conclusion The plasma neuro - specific enolase and endothelins level of patients with craniocerebral injury could he used to help us to know the degree and prognosi of patients ,and help us to know how to treat them.
