根据教育管理的实际情况量体裁衣 ,研发简单适用的管理软件的意义和具体思路 ,构建高校院系教学管理系统 .
Based on the practical situation in education management,the paper deals with the proper development of simple and applicable management software and its significance as well as the concrete thinking of construction collegiate and departmental teaching management system.
