摘要
研究了不同催化剂对琥珀酸酐加氢生成γ -丁内酯的反应 ,并考察了配体、溶剂及PPh3/Ru摩尔比对催化反应的影响。结果发现Ru络合物是最佳催化剂 ,PPh3是最佳配体 ,乙二醇二甲醚为最佳溶剂。在SA ,2 0mmol;催化剂Ru ,0 .10mmol;PPh3/Ru ,8;以乙二醇二甲醚为溶剂( 8ml) ;H2 ,3.0MPa ;反应温度为 12 0℃的反应条件下 ,γ -丁内酯的产率可达 86.5%。
Homogeneous hydrogenation of Succinic anhydride to γ -butyrolactone using various metal complexes has been studied.The effects of ligand,solvent and PPh 3/Ru mole ratio on catalytic reaction have been investigated.The results show that Ru complex is the most active catalyst,PPh 3 and ethylene glycol dimethyl ether are the optimum ligand and solvent respectively.At the reaction conditions,SA 20 mmol;Ru 0.10 mmol;PPh 3/Ru 8;ethylene glycol dimethyl ether 8 ml;H 2 3.0 MPa;temperature 120℃,the yield of γ -butyrolactone reaches 86.5%.
