在Pt-Mo-S/Al_2O_3催化剂上正庚烷重整反应的研究

摘要 考察了在 4 70℃和连续流动条件下 ,正庚烷在Pt-Mo -S/Al2 O3催化剂上的反应行为 ,脉冲CS2 用来表征催化剂的耐硫性。实验表明 ,以 [Pt(MoS2 O2 ) 2 ](NH4 ) 2 作为金属前身物 ,能够抑制正庚烷的氢解 ,增加催化剂的稳定性 ,使催化剂有较显著的抗硫中毒性能。Pt-Mo -S催化剂的这种异常行为是由于催化剂可能形成S -Pt-S -Mo -S -Pt-S的结构 ,这种结构S毒化了催化剂的活性中心从而抑制烷烃在铂上的深度脱氢。 The performance of Pt-Mo-S/Al 2O 3 catalyst for the conversion of n -heptane in the presence of H 2 was investigated in a contineous flow microreactor at 470℃.CS 2 pulse was used for characterizing the resistance of the catalyst to sulfur.The results of the experiment showed that when [Pt(MoS 2O 2) 2] (NH 4) 2 complex was used as the precursor,the stability of the catalyst was improved,while the conversion of n-heptane decreased.Although the dehydrogenation of methylcyclohexane into tolene was suppressed,the selectivity for benzene was enhanced.This kind of catalyst showed the potential to be a catalyst of the resistance to sulfur.The behavior might be attributed to the possible changes in the structure of PtMoS complex which could form the S-Pt-S-Mo-S-Pt-S structure.
