摘要
应用4种凝集素和经过FITC标记后分别与正常人或不育患者的精子相互作用,研究其凝集作用和膜上凝集素受体的分布.以铁蛋白或辣根过氧化物酶标记城口豆凝集素后再与精子反应,应用扫描电镜或透射电镜观察了正常人或不育患者精子表面膜受体的分布.
The studies have been carried out on the agglutination of normal and infertility spermatozoa by four lectins and its inhibition by monosaccharides. The localization of lectin receptor on normal and infertility Sperm membranes was also studied by using these four FITC labeled lectins. The results show that there are significant differences between normal and infertility sperm membrane and the quantity of lectin receptor on normal sperm surface is larger that of lectin receptor on infertility sperm surface. By scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope, the reaction of Fer-CKL and HRP-CKL with sperm respectively were observed. The results prove that the acrosome of both normal and infertility sperm lacks the CKL receptor and the CKL receptor distributes mainly at tbe equatorial region, neck and backend of the head, additionally the lectin receptor of infertility sperm were noted to be in back-displacement and patch distribution.
