摘要 本文分析了国内外现有激光冷却泵的特点和存在问题,提出了一种新颖的整体屏蔽式电泵的设计方案。该设计方案在电磁设计上也有所突破,成功地解决了小型电泵的高效、密封、防腐、低温起动和工作等技术难关。 The thesis analyzes the characteristics and problems of the cooling pumps applied in laser system now using in the world, lifting out a new design program of totally shielded electric pumps. The thesis also has some creation in the electromagnetic design, having successfully resolved the technological difficultproblems of the electric pumps: high efficiency in small size, sealing, corrosion protection, starting and working in low temperature etc. Acoording to the new thought, we have worked out a kind of unique cooling pump applied in laser system. The various properties and main technological indexes of the electric pump have reached the 1980'S advanced level of foreign countries and filled a vacancy of our country.
