控制循环的部分原理运用于自然循环蒸发系统的设计

摘要 在大容量、亚临界自然循环锅炉蒸发系统设计中,有时不可避免地需要部份地采用价格昂贵的内螺纹管,以避免出现膜态沸腾。内螺纹管与光管相比,膜态沸腾裕量过分增大,从价值工程观点看是不合理的,通过把辅助循环锅炉控制流量分配的原理应用于自然循环,使之在同样条件下,尽可能地减少内螺纹管数量,人为地减少内螺纹管中循环流量、增加共含汽率。使之过大的膜态沸腾裕量减小,与此同时,相邻光管的裕量得以增加。 In evaporating system design of large subcritical pressure natural circulation boiler sometime expensive rifled tube will be used unavoidably in part, so that the film boiling Can be avoided. From the point of view of value engineering it is net reasonableo The principle of control circulation of the controlled circulation boiler will be applied to the natural circulation boiler so that number of rifled tube will be reduced as far as possible in the same condition. To reduce circulation flow in the rifled tube reduce the excessive margine of the film boiling in them. At the same time the margine of the neighbour bare tube will be increased.
