Investgation of Operation and Cavitation for ZZ440 Water Turbines

笔者通过对富水等三电站运行工况的分析统计和水轮机气蚀特征的描述及气蚀指数计算,指出ZZ440水轮机当叶片材质采用普通钢时从能量及气蚀特性看,其使用水头不宜高于35米。

This article analyses the operation and cavitation of water turbine of Fu Shui third hydaulie power plant and describes its cavitation feature and cavitation index. Point out that when blade materials use universal steel operation head of runner of zz440 water turbine not suit to exceed 35m from view of cavitation feature.
