摘要 16V280ZJ机车柴油机采用了球墨铸铁整体铸造机体。在该机体研制过程中,先后进行了两次静强度试验和一次动应力测试,从中得到大量的有关技术参数,成为机体结构改进设计的依据。改进后的机体刚度提高,关键部位的应力值大幅度下降,达到同类机型的先进水平。 There is ductile iron cylinder block have been adapted in the 16V280ZJ diesel-engines.In the producting process, we take two static strength test and a dynamic stress test succes-sively, and a large number of useful technical data have been drawn, which is the founda-tion of improving design of the cylinder blocks. After the design is improving, the structurestrength of the cylinder block is higher than the before, especially at the key positions,where the stress is significantly reduced. The index of it reaches the advanced level of thesame type of the diasel engines.
