八种避孕药致突变性研究

RFFECT OF EIGHT KINDS OF CONTRACEP TIVES ON MUTAGENICITY

用微核试验和SOS试验检测八种避孕药的致突变性。结果表明,探亲避孕片1号,53号探亲抗孕片,口服避孕片1号,2号避孕片,0号避孕片,炔雌醇片和复方甲基炔诺酮片两种试验结果均为阴性。麦尔伊注射液微核试验阳性,SOS试验可疑阳性。

The mutagenecity of eight kinds of contraceptives was tested with micronucleus and SOS tests,The results showed that tabellae anorethidranl dipropionatis, tabellae mefestroli,tabellae norethisterone compositae, tabellae megestrol acetate compositae, tabellae ethingloestradiol, tabellae norgestreli compositae and tabell ae no.0 were negative,But positiveresult was seen in injection megestroli by micronucleus test and suspicious positive result by SOS test
