It had been evidenced that no sense of injected-resistan- ce is a reliable method for locating epidural spale by the test of 150 cases of epidural block,This method not only has the merits of simple an less complication, but also has important value in reducing the failed rate of dural puncture and raising the successful rate of cath- eterizing and anaesthesia,It is valuable to apply to epidural block.
