套管针穿刺置管引流肝脓肿

TREATMENT OF HEPATIC ABSCESS BY PERCUTANEOUS CATHETER DRAINAGE

本文报道32例经超声诊断定位的肝脓肿患者经皮肝穿刺置管引流术,以及经抗生素治疗后的疗效分析。经治疗后有明显效果,无并发症及死亡。同时描述在超声下肝脓肿的置管技术及经管的冲洗方法。

Percutaneous catheter drainage is still a new concept. Thirty-two cases of hepatic abscess established and localized with ultrasonography showed dramatic improvement after percutaneous continuous catheter drainage combined with antibiotic treatment, No complications and mortality occured, catheterization into a liver abscess is described.
