摘要
兔耳缘静脉毛细玻璃管采血法是采用毛细玻璃管在兔耳静缘脉上捻动使血管造成完全开放或不完全开放的小孔。此方法由于损伤刺激小 ,不易产生血管痉挛 ,所以具有出血时间长、出血量大的特点。在 2 3℃以上时 ,5分钟内采血量能够达到 2 0多毫升 ,且能够多次重复采血 ,能够满足多次实验的采血要求。
The blood sampling method in rabbit auricular veins was performed by using the glass capillary twisting in auricular veins to cause a complete or incomplete hole in the blood vessel. This technique significantly prolonged bleeding time and enlarged the volume of bleeding because it exerted so lightly injury stimulation on blood vessel that blood vessel spasm seldom happened. The volume of blood sampled amounted to over 20ml in five minutes above 23℃,which meets the needs of most experiments, furthermore, blood sampling could be repeated by this method.
