摘要
p27是一种细胞周期素依赖性激酶抑制因子（cyclin dependent kinase inhibitor,CKI）,其在细胞周期调控中的作用和许多其他的生物学特性及自身调控机制被相继发现并引起人们广泛关注。此外，p27作为一种抑癌基因，在多种人类肿瘤中是独立的预后因子可作为临床诊断的标志。深入研究p27对揭开生命活动过程的机理和防治肿瘤有重要意义。
P27 is a kind of cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor(CKI). Its regulation function during cell cycle and many other biological features have been found , causing the widespread attention of people. In addition, as an anti-oncogene , p27 is an independent prognostic factor in many human tumors and can be the marker of clinical diagnosis. Advanced research of p27 is a very important job for recovering the mechanism of life course and preventing tumors.
