摘要
采用６０Ｃｏ一γ射线３．０ Ｇｙ照射后第４ ｄ开始给予环磷酰胺５０．０ ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１及氯霉素６２．５ｍｇ·ｋｓ一１，共３ ｄ，获得了ＡＡ模型。外周血象示三系细胞均有显著减低（Ｐ＜０．０５或Ｐ＜０．０１），骨髓增生明显低下，造血细胞容量＜２０％，脂肪细胞明显增多，各项指标均符合再生障碍性贫血。此方法简便、周期短、成功率高。
The model of aplastic anemia was formed by injecting 50.0mg· kg-1 cyclophosphamide and 62.5 mg kg-1 chloramphenicol for three days on the fourth day after the irradiation with 3.0 Gy 60Co- γ rays.The hemogram showed all indices conformed to aplastic anemia, that is, there was a remarkable decrease in three types of cells (P<0.05 or P<0.01 ) and in marrow hyperplasia and there was a distince increase in lipocytes. Haematogenous cell capacity was less than 20%. The model is established simply and easily with a high success rate.
