摘要
对20例离断拇趾进行再植，全部成活，保全了拇趾的外形和功能。作者就该手术的护理作了总结。护理内容包括术前详细准备、术中为医生操作建立肘部支撑点、术后密切观察血运和出院后指导患者进行康复等。此外，还应对患者进行全程心理护理。
20 cases of severed hallux were successfully replanted in our department. These replanted hallux not only maintained good appearance but also had satisfactory function. We discussed the preoperational, intraoperational and postoperational nursing technique, including careful preoperational preparation, intraoperational support point of doctors'elbows, postoperational observation of blood supply of replanted hallux,out-hospital rehabilitation guidance and psychological nursing.
