摘要
本文对机床夹具易磨损元件采用45钢表面渗硼、渗钒和电火花强化硬质合金,其耐磨性都显著地高于碳素工具钢的耐磨性。
In order fo improve the wear-resistance of easy-wear components, the heat treatment of boronization of medium - carbon steel, Vanadinizing and spark - strengthening of cemented-carbide are discussed in this paper. By this way the wear-resistance is higher than that of water hardening tool steel.
