摘要
本文通过实验讨论了铸型上表面刷Sb粉涂料对高碳灰铁和高碳球铁石墨漂浮的抑制情况,及其基体组织的相应变化。结果表明,铸型上表面刷Sb粉能有效地抑制石墨漂浮,同时得到珠光体数量更多的基体组织。高炉铁水直接球化与刷Sb联合处理工艺是高炉铁水直接浇铸件抑制石墨漂浮,提高铸铁质量的有效方法之一。
In this paper, Sb suppressing kish graphite in high carbon gray cast iron and ductile iron and the accompaning variety of matrix structure when Sb is brushed to supper mold surface have been discussed. The results show that kish graphite of cast iron is suppressed effectually when Sb is applied to super mold surface and the matrix structure of more pearlite amount was obtained, combining treatment technology of nodulizing blast furnacemclting iron and brushing sb is a good method of suppressing kish graphite and improving cast iron properties.
