尼莫地平对高血压脑出血局部脑血流量、脑水肿的影响及其临床疗效 被引量:18

摘要 动态观察尼莫地平对高血压脑出血患者局部脑血流量、脑水肿和临床疗效的影响。方法 将 10 8例高血压脑出血患者随机分为对照组和尼莫地平治疗组 ,行光单子发射计算机断层扫描 (SPECT)及临床疗效的动态观察。并随机从对照组和治疗组中分别抽出 10例患者行SPECT、CT的动态观察。图像的处理和临床疗效的评定采用盲法分析。结果 治疗组在SPECT、水肿带和临床疗效的改善显著优于对照组。结论 尼莫地平不仅可改善高血压脑出血后局部脑血流量和临床疗效 ,而且可减轻血肿周围水肿的范围。 Objective To observe dynamically the effect of on local cerebral blood flow and brain edema after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and its therapentic efficacy.Methods 108 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were divided randomly into control group and nimodipine treatment group,SPECT and clinical therapeutic efficacy were observed dynamically .10 patients each from control and treatment groups were selected randomly for dynamic observation of SPECT and CT.The image and clinical therapeutic efficacy were analyzed by blind method.Results The improvement of SPECT,clinical therapeutic efficacy and edema zone in treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusions Nimodipine not only improved local cerebral blood flow and clinical therapeutic efficacy after intracerebral hemorrhage,but also reduced the size of edema zone around the hemotoma.
