缺血预处理对脊髓缺血兔后肢神经功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的 研究缺血预处理 (IP)对兔脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 经置入腹主动脉Swan Ganz导管气囊内注气 ,建立兔脊髓缺血模型。将实验兔分为假手术组 (6只 )、缺血组和预处理组 (各 10只 ) ,对所有兔缺血再灌注 4h、2d、5d时的后肢神经功能进行评价。切片观察再灌注 5d后的兔腰髓病理组织学改变。结果 假手术组兔的后肢神经功能正常 ,预处理组兔的后肢神经功能评分明显高于缺血组 (P <0 .0 1)。缺血再灌注 5d后 ,预处理组兔的生存率 (10 0 % )高于缺血组 (6 0 % )。缺血组兔脊髓病理组织学改变严重 ,预处理组改变轻微 ,假手术组无变化。结论 缺血预处理可明显减轻兔脊髓缺血再灌注损伤 ,可提高兔脊髓缺血后生存率 。 Objective To study the protective effect of ischemic preconditioning(IP) on spinal cord ischemia and reperfusion injury.Methods The spinal cord ischemia model was established by inflating the balloon of a 4F Swan Ganz catheter positioned in the abdominal aorta of the rabbits.The rabbits were divided into sham operated group,ischemic group and IP group.Neurological function of all rabbits was evaluated at 4 hours,2 days and 5 days after spinal cord ischemia respectively.The pathological changes of spinal cord of some rabbits in each group were also studied and compared.Results The neurological function was normal in rabbits of sham operated group.Neurological score of IP group was obviously higher than that of ischemic group(P<0.01).After 5 days of reperfusion,the survival rate in ribbits of IP group(100%)was significantly higher than that in ischemic group(60%).Serious spinal cord histopathological change were found in ischemic group,there were mild changes in IP group and no change in sham operated group.Conclusions IP can reduce neurological injury and improve survival in ribbit model of spinal cord ischemia.This kind of protective effect is quickly invoked.
