急性重症脑功能损伤并发低白蛋白血症30例分析

Analysis of 30 cases of acute severe injury of brain function complicated with hypoalbuminemia

目的 探讨急性重症脑功能损伤发生低白蛋白血症的特点 ,提高救治成功率。方法 分析 1998年 12月至1999年 11月神经内科重症监护病房 (NICU) 30例脑部疾病并发低白蛋白血症患者的血清蛋白、血脂、红细胞和血色素等指标的变化。结果 (1)入院后第 1、2周并发低白蛋白血症 2 9例 ,白蛋白最低值为 2 3g/L ;(2 )血清总蛋白受到影响 ,16例发生低总蛋白血症 ;(3)血清脂蛋白 (HDL、LDL、apoAl)、血清总胆固醇、血红细胞和血色素均有不同程度的降低 ;(4 )部分患者入院当天某些指标已经低于正常界值。结论 低白蛋白血症集中发生在急性重症脑功能损伤后第 1、2周 ,其他与蛋白代谢相关的指标也不同程度地受到影响。

Objective To investigate the features of acute severe injury of brain function complicated with hypoalbuminemia. Methods The serum albumin,blood lipids,erythrocyte and haemoglobin were analyzed in 30 patients with acute severe injury of brain function complicated with hypoalbuminemia from December 1998 to November 1999 in the neurological ICU(NICU). Results A week or two after edmission,(1)29 cases developed hypoalbuminemia (the lowest albumin level was 23 g/L);(2) 16 cases developed reduction of total serum protein;(3)serum lipoprotein(HDL,LDL,apo Al),serum total cholesterol,red blood cells and haemoglobin decreased by various degrees.Conclusions Hypoalbuminemia is a frequent complication in the first or the second week of acute severe injury of brain function,and other indexes related to protein metabolism were also affected to various degrees.
