摘要
本部分提出国有企业改制为有限责任公司后职工的主人翁地位并没有改变 ,职工的民主管理主要通过职工代表大会制度。
In this part, ideas as follows are put forward: After making some reforms in the state enterprise, and setting up the limited—Liability Company, the master status of workers and staff has not been changed. The democratic management towards the workers and staff will be mainly carried out through three systems: the system of representative assembly, the holding board and the board of directors and supervisors.
