摘要
目的:报道24例岩尖-斜坡肿瘤经岩骨-小脑幕上下联合人路手术切除.方法:分析肿瘤的临床特点、神经放射学资料,详细介绍该入路的手术方法、注意事项等.结果:本组全切除和次全切除20例(83%),无手术死亡,无严重并发症.结论:此人路适用于岩尖-中上斜坡肿瘤切除术.
Objective: To report 24 cases of petroclival tumors resected via the transpetrous combined supra - infratentorial approach. Methods: Clinical features and neuroradiological material of the patients were studied. Surgical techniques and operative care were introduced in detail. Results: In our series, total or subtotal removal was achieved in 20 cases (83%), without death or severe complications. Conclusions: This approach is good for resection of tumors at the apical petrous, upper or middle - clival regions.
