右肝及全肝结石的外科治疗

目的探讨右肝、左肝及全肝结石的外科治疗方式。方法:对我院10年来收治的152例右肝、左右肝及全肝结石病例的外科治疗经验进行总结。结果:152倒中手术死亡4例,残石率13.8%,长期随访优良率91.4%。结论:依据结石分布的不同类型选择手术方式是合理的、可行的。

Objective:To assess surgical treatment for hepatolithiasis in right hepatic lobe and in full hepatic lobes.Methods theexperiment of 152 cases of mentioned patients treated with surgical operation in our hospital patients 13.8% had residual stones;Results:4cases were dead(mortality 2.6%).in 128cases with long periodical following-up,91.4% were excellent and good.Conclusions:ac-cording to types of distribution of stones,selecting different operative patterns are reasonable and practical.
