妊娠期糖尿病合并感染的相关因素分析及护理对策

Risk Factors and Nursing Measurments: Infection Complicated by Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

目的 探讨妊娠期糖尿病 (GDM)合并感染的特点 ,分析引起感染的危险因素 ,寻找控制感染的护理措施。方法 随机抽取在我院产前检查并住院分娩的妊娠期糖尿病孕妇 40例 (GDM组 )和正常孕妇 40例 (对照组 ) ,并收集相关资料。结果 GDM组发生感染 2 5例 ,感染率为 6 2 .5 % ;对照组发生感染 4例 ,感染率为 10 % (P <0 .0 0 1)。GDM感染主要以尿路感染、呼吸道感染、霉菌性阴道炎为主。结论 针对 GDM发生感染率高的特点 ,对主要危险因素进行综合管理 ,重点监控 ,加强消毒隔离工作 。

Objective To investigate the problems of infection complicated by gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),the risk factors of developing infection and nursing measurements of controlling infection.Methods Forty cases of GDM(GDM group) and 40 cases of normal pregnancies(normal group) were selected randomly in this study in our hospital.Results The infectional rate of GDM group was 62.5%(25/40), which was higher than the infectional rate of normal group 10%(4/40) (P<0.001).The GDM infection mostly includes urinary and respiratory route infection,vaginitis of trichomonas and mycosis.Conclusions To decrease the higher infectional rate of GDM, we ought to conduct institutional management and emphasized monitoring in main risk factors and attach more importance to sterilization and nursing measurements.
