整形术后预防性镇痛效果的临床观察及护理

Effect of Prophylactic Analgesia and Nursing after Plastic Operation

目的 探讨术前指导与术后预防性用药对整形患者术后疼痛的影响。方法 将 6 8例患者随机分为两组 ,实验组由护士进行术前指导并于术后定时足量口服痛力克 ;对照组术后在睡前常规肌注哌替啶。结果 经秩和检验 ,实验组镇痛效果明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 术前有效地宣教 ,可使患者掌握疼痛的应对方式 ,做好心理准备 ;术后及时准确足量地预防性使用止痛药 ,可大大减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To investigate the effect of preoperative directions and postoperative prophylactic analgesia after plastic operation.Methods Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into two groups.Preoperative directions and postoperative oral administration of full dosage of Ketorolac Tromethamine were given to patients of the study group.Patients of the control group received routine injection of meperidine hydrochloride before sleep.Results There was significant difference between the two groups by using rank test(P<0.01).Conclusion Efficient preoperative instructions help patients deal with pains technically and psychologically.Reasonable use of prophylactic analgesics of sufficient dosage postoperatively relieves pain and enhances life quality.
