配药与输液液体微粒污染的相关性研究

采用微粒检查法对护士配药的穿刺方法进行调查 ,证实了不同次数、不同粗细的注射针头穿刺与微粒污染程度有相关性。由于终端滤器滤除微粒的不完全性 。

An investigation on the nurse's technique of needle insertion in dispensing drugs revealed that frequency of needle insertion and the size of needle were correlated with the degree of particle contamination.In view of incompleteness of the termianl filter in filtering out paticles,it is suggested that the nurse should select an appropriate size of the needle and avoid multiple needle insertion in dispensing drugs.
