摘要
目的 探讨促进断指再植指感觉功能恢复的方法。方法 随机选择21例30个再植成活指患者作为训练组,在术后4周时,进行专门的感觉再教育,共4个月。另22例32个断指再植者作为对照组,未接受感觉训练。平均随访9.3个月,测试两组患指的两点辨别觉(2PD)。结果 感觉训练组 2PD距离明显小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 对断指再植术后患者进行专门的感觉再教育训练,有助于再植手指感觉功能的恢复。
Objective To explore a method for promoting sensory recovery after severed finger re- plantation. Methods 21 patients with 30 replanted fingers were randomly selected as the training group,who received a program of sensory reeducation for 4 months,and another 21 patients with 32 re-planted fingers were used as the control group. At a mean of 9. 3 month follow-up,patients in both groups were evaluated by the two-point discrimination (2PD). Results 2DP of the training group was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0. 01 ). Conclusion Sensory reed- ucation plays an important role in improving recovery of the sensory function following digital re- plantation.
